Heavy Duty Punch Bag 12’’ Wall Bracket Steel Mount Hanging Stand Boxing MMA

My partner uses his for his punching bag that weighs a ton, it's very sturdy, the screws that came with it are really good quality and good size too, it was very easy to put up, it took my partner literally 2 minutes to drill the holes and screw up and we got ours for a really good price so it's great value for your money, I'd definitely buy this again if needed and would highly recommend this item

In the photos you can clearly see there are 4 fixing holes but when it arrived it had 2 I put it on my wall and within 5 minutes it fell down, my bag only weighs about 30kg wouldn’t recommend.

Used to hang a climbing rope for my kids' climbing frame. Very strong. Awful welds, but they'll hold. Decent powder coat should stave off the elements.

Waste of time rusting and bending after using it twice

I mounted this on a fence post in the garden.The punch bug is a lightweight one, secured at the bottom with a rope which goes to a peg in the ground.It works fine for that.I would have liked it better if it was a bit longer, so that there is more space for the bag to swing when hit.The construction is okeish, and I might give it a coat of anti-rust paint later on, because it does look like it might rust.The quality is reasonable fro the price, and in my case it doubles up as a basket hanger.
