I just started taking it but it seems to be a good product. I feel more refreshed in the morning when I take it the previous night before sleep.

Good magnesium deal.I had one bottle before, this is my second one. I have noticed that huge difference, less back pain, good sleep. Once I got it drunk everyday, but now I drink 1-3 pills a week and trying keep MG lvl in my body the same. Do not skip drinking MG, it helps a lot. There is many different types of it, u better find out which one u need with doctors. this product recommended!

I purchased this magnesium glycinate product hoping it would help with relaxation and improve my sleep, as advertised. Unfortunately, it did neither. Despite following the recommended dosage, I noticed no improvement in relaxation or sleep quality. I feel completely let down by the product and its claims. It felt like a waste of money, and I wish I had gone with a more reputable brand. The advertisements made it sound promising, but in reality, it just didn’t deliver. Save your money and look elsewhere!
