Beautiful and practical
I am a yarn addict and bought it as my Xmas present. I love it. It is a such a beautiful piece and very nice to use.

Some pieces are not so great
Overall the winder seems to work flawlessly. The swift though, the little clamp that holds the arm in place so that it doesn't rise up, the first time it was lightly tightened, the thread sleeve popped out. Without it, the swift arms want to compress and the yard slides off. The bolt on the winder is a very cheap setup and the nut on the bottom that holds it in place, comes unscrewed half way in to a wind. Very cheaply made. Had to implement a little clamp on the swift to fix the problem of the broken clamp. Does the job but every cheaply made. Not worth the money as it's designed today.

The winder works great.
The ball winder is great, and I have no issues/complaints on this portion of the order.I had issues with the swift as mine didn't come with the proper bottom to keep it from moving everywhere while in use. The seller helped resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
