My nails have always peeled and been brittle so I bought these vitamins to see if my nails would grow stronger. Haven’t even finished one of the bottles and am already seeing results. I read other reviews about these yummy drops and they’re so wrong! These taste amazing and I think they’re truly helping with my hair loss from having covid long hauler. I’ve lost like 50% of my hair and I’ve been on these for a few months and I swear they’re helping! Give them a try bcuz they make taking vitamins enjoyable!

My nails are super brittle. Probably because I haven't been eatting that well lately...was hoping Biotin would help; its been 2+ weeks and I haven't seen any results. I switched shampoo & conditioner to a brand that had fewer toxins in them than anything I've ever used & its doing great; but I'm 90% sure the credit goes to them and not to these gummies. My 2 cents? I'd try another one in non-gummy form... I wish I could remember the biotin supplement I took in the past that made a noticible difference...

I have been using this for over 2 months. While I have seen improvements in my nails and hair I have not seen too much in my skin. My hair was damaged via perm and using these biotin gummies has helped a lot. The taste is not bad just a bit too sweet so I don't have any problems there.

I wanted to get through both bottles prior to leaving a review. While I could get past the horrible taste and texture, I did not notice any results even after 30 days. I began taking a different brand and noticed stronger nails within days. Do not waste your $$ or taste buds on this brand.
