Fisher-Price Chatter Telephone

Long story short, they were putting in a new phone system at work and the big boss forgot about getting a phone for the works manager, he was not overly impressed but has a good sense of humour, and keeps playing on it saying the apprentices will get a phone before he does. Anyway, me and the big boss decided it would be hilarious to get this as his new phone. Expensive for a joke, but it's going to be epic. It arrived today, I checked it out, it's a good looking brightly coloured kids toy. I'm actually looking forward to Monday to put this on the works managers desk. It's exactly what I wanted and as pictured. (it will go to charity afterwards)

Nice and sturdy little phone. Toddler love is, especially that he can pull it after himself. The cord to pull it and also for the telephone handset is a bit short but i can see that this is probably a safety feature so the little ones don't get entangled in them... All in all nice to have little chat with mummy who is at the other end of the room lol

My one year old grandson loves this , and there are constant arguments with his two year old sister ! Highly popular and used all the time !

So glad they still do these, I remember having one as a child and now my son has this ( a slightly updated version) the only thing is the cord on the phone is so short you have to put the phone to your face before the phone will reach your ear

This is a great toy, colour full and safe except for maybe the " pull along string " small babies 6 months onwards could choke on the string so to be safe l have cut off the string for my 9 month granddaughter as she puts every thing in her mouth. But l do recomend this toy ,most children will not know that this is an old style telephone .

Bought it for my granddaughter who liked the look off it straight away. A bit more modern in appearence but just the same as it was many years ago when my son had one.

Got this for our one year old as a bit of nostalgia for us and he loves it! Only thing I would change if I could would be a slightly longer string from the phone to the handset.

A classic toy, well built and fun to play with. Bit annoying that the phone cord is so short, but I guess it has to be these days for safety purposes.
