- 24/7 recording and/or motion detection recording to SD card, card not included. Works with 128GB. You can set to overwrite old video when card is full or you manually format card.- Replaying 24/7 recording can be a challenge. Shows light blue color meaning it has recording but sometimes you select a date/time and click play, the time skip and no video or says no recording. Fix is to format SD card, change to motion detection recording and then back to 24/7 recording. So I check everyday to be safe.- Local storage recording is 10 seconds. Pay for cloud storage to increase recording time. Better if recording stop when camera no longer detects motions.- Motion detection and sensitivity level is accurate. But there's 3-5 seconds delay getting notification on your phone. Detection area is either square/rectangle so not granular.- Speaker picks up surrounding noise and microphone is good.- Not sure if quality is quite 2K but pictures and videos are good quality.- 3 night modes, infrared (black/white), full color (LED stays on all the time), intelligent (LED turns on with motion), are nice features. LED brightness is good for the price, less bright then more expensive brand of course.- Easy to set up, scan QR code and enter 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi info. Make sure your phone is also connected to same 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi. Best to configure camera next to router and then move it afterward.- Pan/tilt covers a large area. Zoom is good enough for the price. No pan/tilt with motion though.- Did not configure with Alex or Google Assistant so cannot comment.- Only 1 primary account for 1 camera. Primary can share camera with secondary account. Only primary can delete recording, view replay (24/7 recording), edit preset, and change settings. Secondary account is for viewing live feed, pan/tilt/zoom or only motion recording (alert, no replay).- You can enable fingerprint to unlock app. Nice feature

We have purchased numerous security cameras from Wansview. All cameras were easy to install and have good resolution. The customer service is excellent. Always very quick responses to our questions. We couldn’t ask anymore from a reasonable priced security camera company. Thanks Mia!

The customer service representative for this company was very nice and did everything possible to fix the problem with my outside security camera. Including replacing my original camera that stop working with a new one. The replacement camera works great. I love that night vision is in color and how you can control camera through your phone to move it and set a favorite position, you can hear everything clear and talk through camera, motion detection works great and sends you motion alarm messages to your phone, picture is clear and I've installed a picture to show how clear of a view you get with this camera.

Bought this camera and another brand to do a direct comparison and, while both were impressive, this one offers competitive features for 1/3 of the price. So, I sent the other brand back, and bought two more of these. I also recommended it to friends and family members and I will be installing one at my elderly mother's house as well, to offer a little extra sense of security and safety.Upon opening the box, set up was very straightforward and easy. Luckily, my wifi router had no problems with linking up. The picture quality is excellent, with both daylight and night vision; I have to admit I had fun scaring my husband a few times by testing out the speaker/talk feature, the light and the siren/alarm features. :-D I did not opt for the cloud subscription service, but it's good to know that this does save motion alert snippets for a day or so without the subscription or even a memory card installed. I love that I can connect the app with both my phone AND my laptop, because I am at my computer for a good portion of the day. The motion detection settings seem to work well enough, being able to reduce the sensitivity so that not every moth or firefly triggers an alert, and being able to designate the motion detection area is a nice option. The only drawbacks are that there is a second or two of delay when viewing/speaking live, and therefore, there's also a small delay in the alert notifications, so they are not quite instantaneous. It has managed to capture movement very well in the moment, so far. The only thing I really could wish for with this system is that it could be solar powered so it could be truly remote, but there are other brands and models that offer this option. If this company ever adds that feature, I will buy them for sure.   Also--I purchased an extra camera to use indoors to keep an eye on our dogs when we're not home because it works so well and is competitive in price to other indoor-only systems. The versatility this camera offers can't be beat!

We purchased this security camera because someone cut our sensor lights on the side of our house and someone did it to our neighbors sensor lights too. They also tried breaking into my neighbors home while they were asleep. So we wanted to hopefully prevent and hopefully catch this person.We needed something that we didn’t want to have to recharge constantly and we wanted it where we can put it high enough so they can’t cut any of the wires.This security camera picture quality is better then we’ll known brands of cameras I have also on my property. I love that is has a siren type alarm and talk about loud! That siren is loud if you need it on with any sensor motion. It also does it with the motion sensor,you can have the lights come on. You can adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor too. If you don’t and you have bugs or squirrels crawling around the camera it will sense it and send you an alert if you have the notifications on.The camera lets you look around on your property which is nice when your away or had an alert. There a spot to put a mini SD card in so you can look back at recordings. The only thing is if you want longer views of each alert recording you have to pay for the cloud service, it’s a reasonable and affordable price. I like that option because I already pay for service on other cameras. I didn’t want to have to add another bill, so the SD card gives me the option that works for us. I’m thinking of replacing my other cameras with this one because the quality is better and the setup is a breeze.
