Lately I had been finding that several pairs of shoes which used to fit me comfortably in the past were feeling tight. The reason was reduced gap between the big toe and second toe on both feet, resulting in bunions.This product was the most highly rated one for bunion relief, but it simply provides a cushion between the bunion and the shoe, which might help tender skin to heal. However, it can exacerbate the problem if your shoes are tight!From my experience it is better to buy gel spacers which fit between one's big toe and second toe, which not only improve the fitting of one's shoes, but also correct the misalignment to some extent.

This fits well and gives some cushion to my bunion. It stays in place.

I first ordered medium for the bunion toe sleeve and I was worried it might be too tight. I then ordered the Large and it is much better on my foot. I’ll use both sizes. I also use the Bunion Relief Rub from Profoot and combined the two for more comfort.
