I was looking for a quality product I could use for pre workout and recovery I’m 67 years old athlete I play softball 2 nights a week lift weights 3 days a week and run 5 days a week the multi vitamin is great for both and it doesn’t upset my stomach and the energy level gets me through a solid workout and speeds up recovery.

It is a fantastic option for anyone looking to enhance their daily nutrition. The drink mix is easy to prepare and offers a well-rounded blend of vitamins and minerals, plus BCAAs and amino acids, which are beneficial for recovery after workouts. It mixes well without any clumps, and I appreciate that it doesn't have any added sugars. The taste is decent, making it a convenient addition to my routine. but this is a little bit pricy. I was looking for a vitamin mineral product in a powder form because I have a hard time swallowing pills. I was using another brand but ran out and the supplier was out of stock. So I started looking and found this one. It seemed to be a lot like the one I had already been using so I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did. I love it! The taste is really good. I drink a lot of Gatorade and I put it in that, in case you are wondering it's Gatorade Zero, Glacier Cherry, anyway, it mixes perfectly and tastes great with it. It dissolves completely. The other one I was using never did completely dissolve and it always tasted powdery. Over all it has really made a difference in how I feel. The one thing that really sold me on this when I started taking it is a biggie for me. I have had major digestion troubles, so bad that the Dr. told me to take a laxative every day. I hate to do that but had to. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this vitamin supplement actually helped with my digestion problems. Since I started taking this I haven't had to take that laxative at all. I will not be going back to the other vitamins I was taking. This is the one for me! I am so glad to have found it.

I understand that taste is relative, and I don't like leaving less than positive reviews based on things that are relative. The taste I ordered is Candy Orange, and it does taste like super sweet candy, but not in a good way.This is a vitamin rich drink that people are drinking for health reasons. I got it because it is Keto friendly. so liquid lolipops is a bit counter intuitive. I don't mind sweet drinks, fruit punch flavor, tang flavor, chocolate flavor; I get it. I might sound like I am contradicting myself, but this flavor is BEYOND all of those.I tried using it by itself as a drink according to the directions, couldn't get it down. I tried varying the amount of water, diluting it made it worse, I thought making it as concentrated as possible to take it like a shot would help, it didn't. I mixed it in with my morning shakes, and yet I could not mask the flavor.I cannot speak to the performance of this product, which is a shame. That is how this how a product SHOULD be judged. However, I can promise that some people will not be able to drink this, and I am one of them. What good is a product that you can't use?

First I would like to say that I am specifically writing this review because before purchasing it I saw all the complaints about a small amount in the container vs size of the container.I purposely counted every day I've used this ( only missed 1 day since purchasing ). I am on day 33 and still have a little left . I would say I have about 3 days worth left . If you do level scoops with the scoop provided then you are getting what you have paid for and who cares how big or small the container is .I've used their Collagen peptides on the past and seen the same type of packaging( size vs contents) but again you do get the amount of servings advertised.The taste is a slight fruity flavor and I have no issues with the taste. I like it in cold water by its self.The benefits of this to me is that I don't have to take a pill which is difficult for me. It doesn't leave an after taste and I am not reflex/burping it up throughout the day like other vitamins I have tried. I do need to eat a little something or have my protein shake within an hour or so or I will start to feel a little sick to my stomach since its the first thing I'm consuming in the am ( to stay on a routine ). I don't feel any of the tingling sensation mentioned on the container so that's a plus . Overall, I like this product and will purchase again.
