I am really happy with the performance of this product. Not only is the product working absolutely fine, customer service is also excellent.I had purchased this cartridge almost a year back but remembered to install it in my HP MFP only recently. Unfortunately, to my dismay, upon using the cartridge, complete pages were neither getting printed nor photocopied. A small portion of the page on right hand side was always blank (refer attached image). I hesitatingly called the customer support helpline since the duratiin of remaining warranty period was only about a month. However, to my pleasant surprise, my grievance was not only patiently heard but was resolved expeditionsly as well. After asking me to perform a few basic checks (e.g., re-installing the cartridge etc.), the issue was confirmed by the support team. In a couple of days, I received a complimentary replacement cartridge. And, the new cartridge is working absolutely fine.Thanks, team Proffisy, for the wonderful product and excellent customer service.

Print quality is good as original toner at 1/6 th of the price. Don’t know how many prints it will deliver. The box was hologram sealed. Compatibility was not an issue.

Hp cartridge are very expensive. This will do the same work for fraction of the cost.

I don't know why but it works so much better than the original. The print quality is better than the original.

This cartridge was a great replacement for the original. Went in smoothly and prints clearly.

The cartridge came in bare column and without proper protection packaging. The cartridge is good the ink quality is also good but there were ants in the package. Well just used it for a day so yes till now this is it and yes another point the paper yield showed by the printer is of 1200 pages not 1500.

I am revising my review and the rating (earlier rating 2).Earlier review:The toner seems good to print documents and PDFs. Strangely for scanned images, it prints a white blank line in the center. I compared this with the original HP toner and the issue is only with the proffisy toner.So I hope others have not encountered it. For regular Word docs and PDFs, the print quality is very good.New review after approx two months (new rating 4):I took out the toner and had stored it away. When I used it again today, the white blank line has gone away. The prints are sharp and very good for the price of the toner. So if any of you see a similar issue, might be a good idea to take out and reinsert the toner.

Before installing the cartridge found the ribbon was already removed and this new cartridge has printed around 200 pages after it gives fade printing. There is no trust remain on online purchase especially from amazon platform where seller cheats the customer.
