It is a good material that is well designed, and effective. I keep it hanging on below counter doors, the vegetables waste can be immediately disposed. The most interesting feature is that the top lid slides, this unique feature is very useful to open close with dirty hand. It is easy to put small trash bag inside.

This product is well-thought out except for issue. The inner garbage liner bag which actually holds the garbage cannot be pinned to the top of the container. Every time the lid opens or closes, it gets pulled with it. Unfortunately garbage liner bags comes in standard sizes, and the smallest I tried still has the same problem -- a tight fit doesn't seem possible. But otherwise an elegant solution to an ugly problem.

The item received differs from the one depicted in the image, and its quality is substandard.

Me pareció un poco caro para el tamaño y lo sencillo que se vé pero vale la pena totalmente. Es de buena calidad, el material es resistente, parece muy pequeño pero está amplio. La tapa evita que los olores salgan. La opción de deslizar la tapa hacia arriba o de costado es muy práctico. Lo recomiendo mucho, sí lo volvería a comprar.

For over a year I have been using this can to collect food scraps on a daily basis. There is a right size of opening that I can peel vegetables directly to the can. Sliding lid is well designed and very handy. It is very easy to take trash can from the cabinet door and transfer food scraps into a big compost bin.

This product is GREAT! It delivers as promised. It is convenient, compact, and more importantly, forces your 'Hubby' to take out the trash every night! Ha! It is sturdy and easy to clean right in the sink. I even bought one for each of my bathrooms. Highly recommend.

This is a very useful item! for years we have used old plastic coffee cans under sink as compost containers. This is bigger (needing emptying less often). We used the over the door attachment and we are so pleased! What is so nice is the lid can be opened two ways. It is very convenient for usage. Rather than putting a container in the sink for each use, opening the under sink door is so much more convenient height and the compostable bags sold on Amazon made from potato starch are an ideal combination. Much less mess when emptying in the compost bin.I really am glad that I purchased this. Would I buy this for family and friends? Absolutely.
